Unit Overview
Staff in many industries need to adhere to legal and ethical frameworks to meet responsibilities and to contribute to upholding universal respect and observance of human rights and fundamental freedoms for clients and peers. This unit will support learners in acquisition of skills and knowledge required to identify and work within the legal and ethical frameworks that apply to job roles. Learners will engage with the theory and practice of developing their duty of care for service provision.
Our Content provides industry-relevant opportunities for proactively identifying and meeting legal and ethical responsibilities through a combination of interactive learning and assessment tools.
The eLearning modules and assessments will help learners gain skills and knowledge to be job-ready to:
- Identify and respond to legal requirements
- Identify and meet ethical responsibilities
- Contribute to workplace improvements
Prerequisites and assessment
Skills must have been demonstrated in the workplace or in a simulated environment that reflects workplace conditions.
