When working in the community and health service sectors, the clients’ needs are of the utmost importance, which requires considerable one-on-one support. Your students will learn to organise, provide, and monitor services for their clients after determining what support is required. They will then be able to create an individualised plan to outline these needs.
This unit will develop learners’ skills and knowledge required to organise, provide, and monitor support services using an individualised plan to organise service provision for individuals accessing services.
Learners and staff will learn, through a variety of interactive strategies and resources with direct application to industry, to provide support under direct or indirect supervision in community services or health contexts.
The eLearning modules and assessments will help learners gain skills and knowledge to be job-ready to:
- Determine support needs
